In-House Manufacturing: Technology and Proximity
We prioritize local industry to source our raw materials, aiming to ensure quality, product control, and responsible manufacturing. This, combined with a fleet of 52 state-of-the-art looms, allows us to streamline production to guarantee delivery times ranging from 1 to 30 days. As a result, we have 500 thousand meters of high-quality finished fabric, crafted with flame-retardant polyester threads and fibers.
Innovation, Beyond Aesthetics
Our latest advancements in fabrics drive us to continue innovating, aiming to achieve a balance between aesthetics and technology.
STAINWALL
We have developed a fluorocarbon polymer free from PFOS and PFOA contaminants, which forms a network around the fiber. This feature ensures it does not interfere with the flame retardant effect. Additionally, it is a water and dirt repellent fabric that is breathable, durable, and abrasion-resistant.
CLINIC
In collaboration with medical professionals, we have developed an antibacterial treatment applicable to any fabric for hospitals, medical centers, and similar spaces to ensure they remain 100% sterile, preventing the spread of the most dangerous bacteria in healthcare environments.
ACOUSTIC 3D
This fabric is designed with a three-dimensional structure to enhance the comfort of any space, isolating external noise and improving acoustic quality. With an Alpha 0.95 (UNE EN ISO 11654:1998), this product is primarily designed for curtains, panels, and ceilings in public spaces.
