How can I place an order?

Only orders properly placed, with corresponding product references, quantities, order numbers, delivery addresses, etc., sent via email to dabedan@dabedan.com, will be accepted. In case this order is not received in writing, Dabedan will respond with an order confirmation indicating all the specifics that will require customer confirmation.

How can I become a client?

If you wish to make a purchase from Dabedan and you are not yet a client, you will need to fill out the contact form on the contact page with all your details. You can also send us an email with all your details to the email address dabedan@dabedan.com. Once received, a sales representative will get in touch with you.

Do you have a physical store?

Dabedan is a manufacturing company. We have production facilities, but currently, we do not have a physical store. If you wish to place an order, please get in touch with us.

How can I request a sample?

On each product page, you will find the "request sample" button through which you can order a 20x20 cm sample of the desired item and color. You can also request a sample through your regular sales representative or order manager, or by sending an email to dabedan@dabedan.com.

What is the delivery time for my order?

For shipments of folded rolls in Spain, the delivery time once the order is confirmed is 24-72 hours. For shipments of unfolded pieces, the delivery time will be longer due to the complexities in transporting this type of packages. If your shipment is international, you should consult the delivery time with your order manager. As soon as your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email with the delivery note.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If that happens, please contact customer service as soon as possible, either by email (dabedan@dabedan.com) or by phone (932 07 67 85).

Can I return my order?

Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and authorization from Dabedan, and not on manipulated, unpacked, or items lacking their original label, or if 15 days have passed since the shipment. The buyer must check the quality and conformity of the sent items before manipulating them. In the event that the product has been incorporated into any element, the ownership will remain with the seller until payment is made. In the case of returns caused by factors beyond Dabedan's control, the cost of round-trip shipping will be borne by the customer. Cut orders are not eligible for returns.

What are the current prices?

If you are not yet a customer or do not have our updated price list, please contact us through our email dabedan@dabedan.com, through the contact section, or by calling 932 07 67 85, and we will provide it to you as soon as possible.

Does the price include shipping costs?

Shipping costs are not included in the price. Please refer to the shipping section in Dabedan's current price list.

When will I receive my invoice?

Dabedan issues invoices on Mondays. You will receive your invoice automatically via email. If you haven't received your invoice or if there's an issue with it, please contact us at dabedan@dabedan.com.

How can I obtain the certificate for my purchase?

If you have made a transaction with Dabedan, you can request the FR certificate for the fabric by emailing dabedan@dabedan.com. Please provide the invoice number and the article reference when making the request.

What warranty do the fabrics have?

At Dabedan, we have been developing and perfecting high-quality fabrics for four decades. That's why all our products come with a 2-year warranty from the moment of purchase, provided there are normal exposure conditions, including sun, mold, rot, and general atmospheric agents, and as long as the fabric has been installed, used, and maintained correctly. The warranty does not cover the installation work by the distributor, it only replaces the affected fabric footage. The warranty also does not cover, in any case, deterioration due to abusive use, accidental burns, negligence, or perforation.
